What do I have to do to get a Florida real estate license?

There are three things you must do. (1) You must apply and be approved by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation by visiting www.MyFloridaLicense.com . (2)  You must complete and pass a pre-license course (like the one offered by us) with a 70% or higher score. (3) You must pass the state exam with a score of 75% or higher.

No. You may  register for our pre-licensing course prior to submitting an application. We assist  our students on how to process their applications.
