 Your instructor, Orlando Lopez of The Listing Exchange Schools of Real Estate is a highly experienced professional in the real estate industry and a respected instructor. With over 40 years of hands-on experience in the field. His expertise extends to residential, commercial, and investment properties, making him a versatile and knowledgeable resource for all types of real estate transactions. He owned and operated Financial South Corp., a mortgage company, for 31 years. He has dedicated a significant portion of his career to teaching aspiring real estate professionals. He chairs the Education Committee, is a member of YPN and a Business Partner of the Realtors® Association of Citrus County. With his extensive experience in real estate and mortgages, his passion for teaching, and his commitment to community service, he currently focuses on helping students become true Real Estate Professionals.
